Role Overview
As an Event Production Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations, vendor management, production quality, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-impact, experiential events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events (corporate, experiential, MICE, activations, etc.)
- Oversee on-ground production, logistics, and setup in coordination with vendors and internal teams
- Source and manage vendors (fabricators, AV suppliers, decor teams, etc.) ensuring quality and timelines
- Prepare production schedules, timelines, and logistics plans
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordinate pre-event and post-event evaluations
- Ensure adherence to budgets and timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with creative and client servicing teams to understand the vision and execute accordingly
- Troubleshoot and manage any issues during the event to ensure a smooth execution
- Maintain and update vendor database, cost sheets, and production trackers
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual obligations
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in event production or event management
- Strong vendor and production network in Bangalore and across South India
- Good understanding of event production elements – staging, sound, lighting, branding, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights when required
