Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management:
· Ensure timely qualification of leads from BDE.
· Evaluate potential business opportunities and assign leads to team members.
· Track and optimize the sales funnel and conversion ratios.
- Team Management and Escalation Handling:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
· Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
· Handle client or operational escalations quickly, work with internal teams to fix issues, and ensure they are effectively resolved to avoid recurrence.
- OEM/Partner Connect:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM.
· Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
· Stay updated on OEM roadmaps and leverage them to generate new business.
- Business Analysis & Reporting:
· Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for growth.
· Provide accurate forecasts, dashboards, and business reports to VP.
· Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve processes.
- Target Achievement:
- Take ownership of the overall team target.
- Strategize and implement plans to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, support and delivery teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
