   Academic relationships

- Excellent documentation and Analytical skills for assessment/ benchmarking/ reporting

Job Requirements

- Should be well versed with the cross culture needs of an multi-locational IT company

- Should be having professional educational background in HR preferably Masters and with 12+ years of professional experience.

-Must be in Bangalore and ready to join in 30 days
