Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job vacancies on relevant platforms, conducting initial candidate assessments, and coordinating interview schedules. The Recruiter will also maintain talent pipelines, manage applicant tracking systems, and assist in onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment process skills including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Handled a team of 4-5 people
  • Prior experience of 3+Years in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
  • Experience in applicant tracking systems and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
