Job Description:

Experience as a Quality Controller in Plastics, (Injection Moulding) Rubber, Sheet Metal,
Fabrication, Die Casting, Forging and Wire & Wiring Harness component.

• Finding root cause analysis of customer complaint & providing 8D report with taking
proper action at in-house.

• Resolved Customer complaints, Initiate CAPA on non-conformities on time

• Monitoring & controlling of internal & external rejections, COPQ.

• Conducting internal Process & Product audits as per plan & ensure actions on NCs

• Ensure measuring instruments & gauges Calibration process. Ensure MSA SPC & Layout
Report as per plan.

• To maintain quality standards by approving in-process products and finished products.

• Effective coordination with the Design team to ensure first time right & end delivery of
product.

• Preparation & analysis on daily line wise inspections reports, rejection & defects data.

• By decision making at in process moulding of development in terms of Quality, Cost &
Delivery & corrective action.

• Expertise of handling all type of instruments, gauges & fixtures.

• Know the process of Plastics moulding, wire & wiring harness, moulded electrical switches
& socket, forging, Casting & Fabrication.

• Expertise of lux level and gap & flush measurement.

• Expertise of microscope measurement and video defect inspection.

• Responsible for Inward inspection, In-process, Final & PDI stage inspection as per
Control Plan / IPO (Input - Process - Output)

• Manage Daily Activity, Incoming and Outgoing files.

• Plastic Row material testing Process - Melt Flow index test, moisture test, ash content, RO
Tap.

• Know About - metal hardness, rubber hardness testing.
