Role & responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure for roles across design, production, logistics, client servicing, project management, and fitout execution.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for niche roles in printing, signage, fabrication, and retail branding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database specific to the branding & fitout industry.
2. Sourcing & Networking
- Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and consultants for talent acquisition.
- Head-hunt passive candidates from competitors in branding/fitout/printing domains.
- Build strong relationships with industry networks, vendors, and colleges to attract skilled talent.
3. Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical expertise (printing, fabrication, site management, etc.) and cultural fit
- Coordinate technical interviews with design, production, and project managers.
- Ensure candidates meet both skill and timeline requirements of live projects.
4. Recruitment Operations
- Track and manage recruitment metrics: TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring costs.
- Draft JDs in consultation with hiring managers and ensure role clarity before sourcing.
- Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with department heads (design, production, logistics, client servicing) to understand manpower needs.
- Provide weekly recruitment MIS to management with pipeline updates and closure forecasts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR and admin.
Preferred candidate profile
- Technical / Functional Skills Strong knowledge of the branding/printing/signage/store fitout industry.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting.
- Expertise in screening technical/creative talent (fabricators, designers, project leads, etc.).
- Strong MIS and recruitment tracker management.
- Negotiation and offer closure skills.
- High ownership and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines. Networking and relationship-building with candidates and industry professionals.
- Resilience, adaptability, and persistence.
