We are looking for a skilled Front Office Guest Relations Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide top-notch guest service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and concerns.
- Ensure all guest-facing staff members adhere to high standards of professionalism and courtesy.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
