Back Office Executive –

Job Description

A Back Office Executive plays an important role in supporting the company's daily operations by handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The role ensures smooth workflow and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry, data updating, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal communication professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, HR, and other departments for required information.
  • Maintain employee and client records accurately.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Assist in inventory records, billing follow-ups, and basic accounting entries (if applicable).
  • Ensure proper filing (digital & physical) of all documents.
  • Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Experience

  • 6 Months to 1 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles (freshers can also apply depending on company requirements).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
