We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to interact with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to meet guests' needs.
  • Upsell services, amenities, and packages to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback.
  • Ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay, exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred. (Relevant experience will be considered.)
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., sales girl, retail, or hospitality) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
