Scylla Luxury Resort & Spa is a premier destination offering world-class hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a skilled, proactive IT Executive with expertise in the hospitality/hotel industry and experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Ensure data security and implement backup and recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network problems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and software procurement.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support and manage hotel-specific systems such as PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), and other hospitality applications.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot WINHMS software for smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience in the hospitality/hotel industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
• Familiarity with other hospitality management systems like WINHMS, Opera, and IDS (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
