Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, property showings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role will also involve market research, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Proficiency in preparing contracts and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
