Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled ComputerLab Coordinator to manage and oversee the lab work of undergraduatestudents enrolled in the AI & Data for Climate Honours Degree program. Youwill manage the lab end to end and oversee student work on modules includingData Science, AI/ML, andadvanced AI applications, ensuring students gain practical skills and industryreadiness.Location:Visakhapatnam (Onsite)Type:ContractualReports to:Program ManagerAbout the Program:This roleis part of Project Mahathi, a pioneering initiative by Climate Collective Foundation and Mahathi Degree College. The program offers a first -of -its -kindAI & Data for Climate 4th Year Honours Degree, designed to equip studentsfrom low -income, Tier 2 backgrounds with cutting -edge skills in climatetechnology, data science, and artificial intelligence.Learnmore: ;\/span> Key Responsibilities ·        Responsible for managing and maintaining allthe computers in the lab.·        Conduct daily checks of the computers·       Troubleshoot anytechnical issues related to the hardware and software·       Provide comprehensiveassistance to students aligned with the tools related to the curriculummodules, including:Data ScienceFundamentals & Python AI & MachineLearning IntroAdvanced ML,Generative AI & LLMsData Visualization& Dashboards ·       Provide hands -onmentorship to a cohort of 50+ students from low -income, Tier 2 backgrounds·       Support students'technical understanding and problem -solving during labs·       Track and evaluatestudent progress; provide constructive feedback·       Collaborate withprogram leadership to continuously improve training content and delivery·       Assist withpreparing students for internships and capstone projects  RequirementsQualificationsEducation: ·       Minimum: Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.·       Relevantcertifications in Python, AI/ML frameworks, or geospatial tools are a plus.TechnicalExpertise: ·       Preferred experience in Python programming and key data science libraries (pandas, scikit -learn,matplotlib).·       Experience withAI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.·       Basic understandingof cloud platforms and version control (Git) is desirable. ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience of end to end management and maintenance of a computer lab in an educational institute is desiredExperience with guiding Bachelor and Masters level students in topics related to Data and AISoft Skills: ·       Excellent verbaland written communication skills, with ability to explain complex technicaltopics to diverse learners.·        Strong mentorship and student engagementskills.·        Passion for inclusive education and workingwith under -resourced student communities.·        Collaborative mindset and adaptability tointerdisciplinary teamwork.
