The Computer Lab Assistant will support the effective operation of the computer lab by assisting students and staff with technical issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a conducive learning environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing guidance on lab policies, and facilitating a positive experience for all users.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**:

- Assist students and faculty with computer hardware and software issues.
- Provide guidance on using lab resources and software.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Monitor the functionality of lab computers and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on lab equipment.
- Report any major technical issues to the appropriate personnel.

**User Assistance**:

- Help users with logging in, accessing software, and navigating systems.
- Conduct orientations for new users on lab policies and equipment.
- Ensure all users adhere to lab rules and regulations.

**Lab Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
- Monitor usage of computers and equipment to ensure fair access for all users.
- Assist in scheduling and reserving lab space for classes or events.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of equipment status, maintenance logs, and user feedback.
- Assist in preparing reports on lab usage and technical issues.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with faculty and IT staff to enhance lab services.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and software.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Currently pursuing or holding a degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist users effectively.

**Customer Service**: Experience in a customer service role is a plus; ability to remain patient and courteous under pressure.

**Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Experience** : Max: 2yrs of Networking Field in School.

**Timing** : 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
