Collect blood, urine, and other specimens from patients as per protocol
- Perform routine and specialized lab tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
- Operate and maintain lab equipment with accuracy and care
- Follow infection control and biosafety guidelines at all times
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples
- Maintain patient records, lab registers, and digital reports accurately
- Ensure calibration and quality control of diagnostic equipment
- Assist in preparing daily reports and sharing timely test results
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory area
- Coordinate with doctors, phlebotomists, and other departments as needed

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: DMLT / BMLT / MLT or equivalent from a recognized institute
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in a diagnostic lab or hospital preferred
- Valid Paramedical Council / Medical Lab Technician Registration (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of pathology lab processes and equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in test handling and documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
