This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Purchase / Supply Chain at Anand NVH Products located in Gurugram. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, ensuring supply chain efficiency and coordinating with various departments to meet production needs. The role entails developing and implementing purchasing strategies, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and outstanding quality to support continuous production thereby making a substantial impact on our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the entire supply chain process, covering procurement, production planning, inventory supervision and logistics.

· Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation

· Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

· Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities for commodities like Stamping, Machining, plastics, Chemicals and various RM commodities like Steel Tubes & sheets, Aluminium Extrusions, Rubber, etc.

· Develop supplier capabilities, managing supplier activities and agreements with crucial vendors for a smooth supply chain process.

· Supervise, analyze and improve supplier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery targets. Develop and sustain relationship with vendors

· Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.

· Coordinate the development and execution of demand planning and forecasting processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock outs.

· Lead a team of supply chain professionals and development to ensure dedication and implement successful sourcing strategies.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve production goals.

· Lead initiatives such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) deployment, lead time reduction, supplier capacity improvements, supply chain simplifications, and risk mitigation.

· Make sure to adhere to all regulatory mandates and company guidelines concerning supply chain operations.

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering; Materials Management MBA /or equivalent experience preferred.

· 15 plus years of experience in Purchase, Supply chain management and procurement. Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable

· Industrial vertical Procurement and Sourcing experience will be an advantage (Fabrication / Sheet metal / machining / plastics / RM - Steel Tubes / Rubbers / Aluminium / Chemicals etc)

· Proven track record of leading supply chain with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Strong strategic sourcing and supplier leadership skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-time zone environment.

· Proficiency in using supply chain software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and tools.
