Educational QualificationEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Or Diploma HolderCertifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)Job Description :-Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for MEP systems to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans.

Installation Oversight: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards. Budget & Cost Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.

Contractor & Vendor Management: Approve and manage MEP contractors, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Risk Management: Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems during construction, minimizing delays and maintaining project progress. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the final outcomes.Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection. Project Management: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
