Job Description

The Infrastructure Services team is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all global infrastructure.

  • We own the systems that keep the cloud running, supporting all data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure customer access to innovative solutions.
  • Our team tackles complex problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain.

You'll join a diverse team of professionals, including software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

As a Tech Infra Program Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver usable data center capacity.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop, document, manage and deliver infrastructure designs, implementation schedules and budgets.

You will earn trust of your partners in your ability to solve complex issues and steer teams in right direction to deliver results, on-time and at-cost.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning delivery of new DC supply across one or more availability zones in India.
  • Managing 10+ projects at any time.
  • Bridging internal customers, business functions, and functional delivery teams to enable on-time and right-sized delivery of new DC capacity.

This role requires region-wide knowledge and monitoring of in-flight projects, major risks, and remediation efforts to ensure DC delivery meets supply commitments and customer demand.

A successful TPM must be capable of managing metrics, tools, and mechanisms to remain aware of ongoing risks or issues requiring their action, decision, mitigations, or effort to identify alternative solutions communicating up, down, and across the organization to align direction, gain support and drive remediation efforts.

Basic qualifications include 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience, knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, and experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Preferred qualifications include relevant data center delivery experience in India, experience in management of complex technology infrastructure projects, familiarity with the AWS, and experience of managing projects in the APAC region.
