Data Center Facilities Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Center Facilities Operations Engineer. This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our data centers.
About the Role
- Monitor and analyze data center infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and availability.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external teams, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain communication and escalation protocols to improve team performance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Contribute to outage post-mortem analysis, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, supporting incident management and compliance requirements.
