Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Digital Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital projects from inception to completion. The ideal

candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms, excellent

communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope,

time, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

● Act as a central coordinator between internal teams (Sales, Technology, Content Strategy, Creative,

Marketing) to execute day-to-day projects efficiently.

● Strategically plan and execute Spotlight IP events and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

● Identify, implement, and fulfill new and existing business opportunities to support client objectives across

digital platforms.

● Serve as the key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

● Ensure timely and accurate billing and campaign delivery as per Release Orders (ROs).

● Monitor campaign performance, provide optimization suggestions, and create detailed post-campaign

reports.

● Take ownership of project delivery timelines and ensure seamless end-to-end execution of campaigns.

● Manage event-related activities including agenda creation, guest list curation, end-to-end logistics, and

on-ground execution.

● Coordinate with production and creative teams for video content, print, mobile marketing, and more.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

● Proven working experience as a Digital Project Manager in the digital media/digital

marketing sector and Corporate Event Management.

● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

●Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
