
Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Meet with potential and existing customers to present products/services and negotiate sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, daily activity logs, and pipeline updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfillment.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
