Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our backend and day-to-day business activities. The intern will assist in data management, documentation, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations across teams. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data entry, record management, and updating company databases.
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation for internal use.
  • Support the operations team in backend activities and daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in any field (BBA, MBA, Commerce, or related preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) / Google Workspace.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
