Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Annachi Kitchen, part of V.G. Panneerdas & Co. Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will assist the Chefs in daily kitchen operations and help in food preparation and cooking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chefs in cooking and food preparation.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Help in storing raw materials and arranging ingredients.
  • Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
  • Follow safety and hygiene guidelines as instructed by the Chef.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and assist in all kitchen duties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Food and accommodation provided by the company.
  • Weekly off: 1 day (between Monday and Thursday).

Job Type: Full-time
