Role Overview

We are seeking a

Product Marketing Manager

with a strong background in

AI SaaS marketing

to lead our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who understands AI-driven SaaS products, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving growth through compelling product positioning, messaging, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & manage

a high-performing digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.

Develop and own

go-to-market (GTM) strategies for TestGrid's product suite, especially our AI offerings like CoTester.

Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create effective

positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns .

Craft and oversee the execution of

multi-channel campaigns

across digital, content, email, SEO, paid, Influencer Marketing, Community evangelism, and partner channels.

Analyze marketing performance metrics, identify insights, and

optimize campaigns for better conversion and ROI .

Understand market trends, competitor positioning, and buyer behavior in the

AI SaaS and software testing

ecosystem.

Champion product launches, updates, and feature rollouts with well-coordinated internal and external communication strategies.

Guide the team on creating SEO-driven landing pages, whitepapers, blogs, and customer stories, and other collateral.

Conduct customer and market research to feed into

product development and positioning strategies .

Requirements

5 years

of experience in B2B product marketing, with

at least 3 years in a SaaS company .

Proven experience in marketing

AI-powered or ML-driven software products .

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of marketers or cross-functional collaborators.

Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms, marketing automation).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and messaging.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Experience in software testing or the developer tools domain is a plus.
