Technical Solutions Consultant, Scaled Solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience designing and delivering technical solutions and applications using engineering best practices.
  
• 4 years of experience in system design and readable, scalable, well-structured code-development with at least one general purpose programming language.

• 3 years of experience in interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, identify technical and product gaps, recognize patterns, surface opportunities, and map requirements into workable solutions, including solution reuse or new methods to solve for the identified problem statements.
• 3 years of experience in Java and Angular.
• Experience supporting a global user base and working closely with Engineering and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Experience working with data centers, cloud technology companies or manufacturing.
• Experience with TypeScript.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

The End-to-End Systems and Business Analytics (E2ESBA) organization is chartered to provide the most efficient systems and analytics enabling faster decision-making and throughput time for the global data center server operations team. As Google Cloud continues to scale, this team's work contributes to the ongoing product, process and capability growth to ensure Google can continue to meet market and internal goals.

The E2E Systems Scaled Solutions team within E2ESBA has a mission is to implement reliable, efficient, and data-driven issue management processes and automated solutions to help Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) scale.

• Engage and collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, supply chain and fleet deployment stakeholders to uncover and understand objectives, new features, requirements, and pain points.
• Articulate technical concepts, solution capabilities, and best practices clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensure understanding of proposed or developed solutions.
• Deliver scalable and reliable solutions, drive system implementation efforts, and create operational efficiencies through automation, innovation, and technical improvements.
• Provide technical expertise on complex initiatives including data analysis and engineering, process automations, and AI/ML mechanisms, support and accelerate technical troubleshooting, blocker management, and scalable system design.
• Aid in troubleshooting technical issues and root cause analysis for common problems to design and deliver solutions to resolve recurring issues.
