Job Overview:

The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for design and implementation of technical solutions that align with customer requirements. The senior technical consultant also drives adoption of technology standards and improvement in productivity/quality in teams he/she is associated with.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

Takes responsibility for the technical design and implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and standards. Serve as a mentor and technical resource for junior consultants and development teams. Drive improvements in quality and productivity in the teams he/she is associated with by ensuring sound engineering practices and standards are followed.

2. Solution Design:

Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with functional consultants and other technical teams to integrate solutions with existing systems and technologies. Ensure that technical solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

3. System Integration & Development:

Develop the integration of third-party tools and systems with client platforms, ensuring seamless

data exchange and functionality. Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues, including coding, troubleshooting, and debugging. Lead the customization of software solutions to meet client-specific requirements.

1. Quality Assurance & Best Practices:
   
   Define and enforce coding standards, technical best practices, and methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables. Oversee testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
2. Project Management Support:
   
   Collaborate with project managers /leads to define technical project scope, timelines, and
   
   resource allocation. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that could aect project success.
3. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
   
   Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and best practices in the industry.
   
   Contribute to the development of internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance
   
   technical delivery.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
   
   Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, design
   
   specifications, and implementation guides. Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal resources to ensure successful system adoption.
5. Presales/Marketing
   
   Enable Promantia branding by providing relevant content in the domain or around product.
6. Learning & Skill Enhancement:
   
   Improve client-facing skills by taking part in more Enhance problem-solving skills by working on
   
   complex issues or scenarios within the ERP system. Participate in leadership development opportunities, mentoring junior consultants or working with cross-functional teams.
   
   Work on conflict resolution, negotiation, and managing client expectations effectively. Attend webinars, workshops, and industry conferences. Master new ERP functionalities and features
   
   through self-paced courses.
