Job Summary

We are looking for experienced International Ticketing Staff to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in booking and ticketing international flights using Galileo and Amadeus. You will play a critical role in delivering a smooth and professional travel experience by working closely with customers, travel agents, and airlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international flight bookings and ticket issuance using Galileo and Amadeus GDS systems.
  • Manage and create complex itineraries including multi-city and multi-airline combinations.
  • Process refunds, reissues, and cancellations in line with airline fare rules and policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accuracy in all ticketing and travel documentation.
  • Stay up to date with airline policies, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience using Galileo and/or Amadeus.
  • Strong understanding of fare rules, ticketing procedures, cancellation, and refund processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse set of clients and stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in ticketing and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualification not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
