About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Medical Representative
to join Dr. Lajiba. The ideal candidate should have strong field experience, good doctor-connect, and the ability to drive consistent sales performance in the pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and medical stores.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and timely order follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect market insights and competitor updates.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports of calls, visits, and sales.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and product briefings.

Required Qualifications

  • Any degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
  • Experience:
    2–5 years
    as a Medical Representative.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district(s).
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.

    ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience).
