Job Summary:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to doctors and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct regular visits to medical professionals to detail product benefits and usage.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure continued business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Plan and execute territory coverage to maximize product exposure and sales opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain accurate records of all activities.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology and pharma products.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
