superU AI helps businesses set up an AI-powered call center that handles customer calls automatically — answering inquiries, sharing information, capturing leads, and ensuring no calls are missed. Our AI agents speak 100+ languages, sound natural, and can manage high call volumes across SaaS, real estate, retail, healthcare, and other service-driven industries.About the Role

You'll work directly with the founder across marketing, GTM, growth, and special projects, helping shape superU's brand, content, and market presence. This role is for someone who can learn fast, write clearly, and execute without needing hand-holding.

What You'll Do

  • Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, Reddit, communities).
  • Create landing pages, case studies, industry content, and product explainers.
  • Support SEO and distribution for topics like "AI call center" & "voice agents."
  • Assist with GTM for new verticals (real estate, clinics, fitness, SaaS).
  • Help with investor updates, pitch decks, ICP research, and partner docs.
  • Turn technical features into clear, simple messaging for users.

Must-Have

  • Ability to create clean docs, content, and simple designs

  • Experience with SaaS or AI
  • Prompt engineering or agent-building curiosity
  • Prior startup or GTM exposure
