**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive support to the executive leadership team, including the CEO and other senior executives, by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between the founder's office and internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, partners, and clients.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items and decisions.
- Conduct research and analysis on strategic initiatives, market trends, and competitive landscape to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and review of documents, reports, and communications, including memos, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership team meetings, offsite, and events, including logistics, agenda planning, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and discussions within the founder's office.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive leadership team and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the executive team, providing insights, guidance, and support as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in business administration, management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working at a top consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to synthesize complex information and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Rupicard is a VC funded early stage fintech startup. We are building a’ Credit Card for Bharat’, targeting the next 200Mn Indians who do not have a credit card. Credit card is a highly aspirational product but restricted only to the affluent Indians, residing in metro cities, working with top MNCs, having a CIBIL score of 750+. Anybody who does not satisfy even one of these criterions gets rejected, leading to anger and disappointment. We are disrupting this market by giving an assured credit card to this rejected and underserved population
