Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Voice Process Executive to join our team in Malad, Mumbai. The candidate will initially work on-site before transitioning to a remote, full-time position after three months. We require candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a strong background in customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer service to foster positive client interactions and relationships.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and address inquiries.
  • Active listening skills to ensure understanding and accurate response to customer needs.
  • Experience in call center operations to efficiently manage high call volumes and customer queries.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to maintain and organize customer records and data.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
  • Data entry skills for accurate input and management of customer information.
  • Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through voice communication.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent and reliable service.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in improving departmental processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance skill sets and operational knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and share insights with management.
