Planning Engineer (Real Estate Developer)

Position: Planning Engineer

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Sector-1, Greater Noida West

Experience: 6-10 Years

Qualification: Diploma Or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project schedules , monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of real estate projects.
  • Prepare, update, and monitor project baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors for planning and execution.
  • Track project milestones, critical paths, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
  • Prepare resource (manpower, material, machinery) planning and allocation for smooth execution.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, and propose mitigation measures.
  • Support billing and cost control teams with progress measurement and productivity analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Civil Engineer with 6-10 year's experience in Planning & Scheduling within Real Estate / High-Rise Residential / Commercial Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, construction sequencing and project management techniques.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project / MS Excel.
  • Excellent coordination, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of civil construction methods & sequencing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
