**Job Title:** Sales Consultant - Royal Enfield Showroom

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Sales Consultant** to join our Royal Enfield showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of motorcycles (preferably Royal Enfield), and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Customer Engagement:**

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the right Royal Enfield bike.

  • Provide expert advice on models, features, financing, and accessories.

  • Conduct test ride coordination and follow-ups.

**Sales & Revenue Generation:**

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.

  • Explain financing options, insurance, and warranty benefits.

  • Upsell accessories and merchandise.

**Showroom Management:**

  • Ensure bikes are displayed attractively and showroom is well-maintained.

  • Assist in organizing promotional events and test ride camps.

**After-Sales Support:**

  • Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

  • Coordinate with service teams for smooth handover and post-purchase support.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** 1+ years in automotive sales (preferred) or retail sales or freshers are also welcome.

  • **Knowledge:** Passion for motorcycles, especially Royal Enfield.

  • **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service.

  • **Education:** Minimum high school diploma; degree is a plus.

  • **License:** Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
