Interior Sales Executive (Field-Based)We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Interior Sales Executive to join our team in a fully field-based role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and strong experience in sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with builders, developers, and potential clients to generate business opportunities and drive sales of our interior design services and products.

Key Responsibilities:Proactively visit construction sites, builder offices, and relevant industry locations to identify and establish collaborations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, developers, and prospective clients. Understand client needs and offer suitable interior design services and product solutions.

Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations. Represent the company professionally in all field interactions to build trust and credibility.

Achieve monthly and quarterly field sales targets. Provide regular updates on client interactions, leads, and sales activity using CRM tools. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for strategic partnerships.

Requirements:Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, home furnishings, or construction-related industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for networking.Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment. Excellent negotiation and customer engagement skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting processes is a plus.
