Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive who will be responsible for calling and converting potential franchise leads into successful partners. The role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build trust over the phone. Knowledge of Telugu is mandatory, as most leads will be from Andhra Pradesh.
This role is strictly Work From Office (Bangalore) and will involve close collaboration with our Sales & Franchise Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to franchise leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound queries.
- Pitch the SuperK franchise model convincingly, highlighting benefits, process, and financial expectations.
- Qualify leads based on interest, financial capability, and suitability.
- Maintain follow-up calls with prospects to address queries and move them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings/demos with the Franchise Sales Managers for high-potential leads.
- Track, update, and manage all leads in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call & conversion targets.
- Gather market intelligence during conversations and share feedback with the sales leadership.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover and closure of prospects.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 25 years in telesales/inside sales/telecalling, preferably in franchising, real estate, banking, edtech, or retail sectors.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; good proficiency in English and Hindi is desirable.
- Strong persuasive communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and convert over phone conversations.
- Comfortable working with sales targets in a high-volume calling environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
