mobile apps, web applications, marketing websites and brand visuals

Role Summary

As a
Senior UI/UX Designer
at Teceze, you will own the end-to-end design of digital experiences – from discovery and UX flows to pixel-perfect UI and production-ready assets.

You will work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to:

• Translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive user journeys
• Deliver
  world-class visual design
  that feels modern, refined and brand-consistent
• Support
  graphic and marketing design
  needs (social creatives, banners, decks, etc.) when required

Your work will directly shape how our customers experience our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. UX Strategy & Research

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs and technical constraints

3. Conduct or leverage
   user research
   : interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, heuristic reviews
4. Create
   user personas
   , journey maps and task flows to guide product decisions

5. Translate insights into clear UX recommendations and design solutions

6. Experience Design for Mobile & Web Apps

7. Design
   end-to-end user flows
   for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and complex web applications

8. Create
   wireframes, low-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
   to explore concepts quickly
9. Define
   information architecture
   and navigation patterns that scale as products grow

10. Ensure all experiences are
    responsive and adaptive
    across devices and breakpoints

11. High-End UI & Visual Design

12. Produce
    pixel-perfect UI designs
    with a strong emphasis on typography, spacing, color and hierarchy

13. Create
    design systems, UI libraries and style guides
    that ensure visual consistency across products
14. Design
    marketing websites and landing pages
    that are visually striking and conversion-focused
15. Work on
    graphic design tasks
    such as:
16. Social media creatives and campaigns
17. Web banners, email templates and promo assets

18. Presentation decks, case studies and brand collateral

19. Prototyping & Developer Handover

20. Build
    interactive prototypes
    to communicate motion, transitions and interactions

21. Prepare
    specs and assets
    for engineering teams using tools like Figma/Zeplin/Adobe XD
22. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

23. Participate in design reviews, QA and UAT to maintain design quality in production

24. Quality, Accessibility & Optimization

25. Advocate for
    usability and accessibility best practices
    (WCAG, contrast, keyboard usage, etc.)

26. Use analytics, heatmaps and user feedback to
    iterate and improve
    existing experiences
27. Maintain a strong focus on
    performance, clarity and simplicity
    in design

28. Conduct UI/UX audits on existing products and propose improvements

29. Collaboration & Process

30. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams in an agile environment

31. Help
    shape and refine design processes
    , tools and workflows at Teceze
32. Occasionally mentor junior designers or provide review/feedback on their work
33. Present design rationale confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6+ years
  of experience in UI/UX design, product design or interaction design
• Strong
  portfolio
  showcasing:
• High-end UI for mobile apps and web applications
• UX thinking (flows, wireframes, prototypes)
• Visual/graphic design work (websites, marketing assets, brand visuals)
• Expert in modern design tools:
  Figma
  (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or similar)
• Demonstrated experience with:
• Designing
  responsive web interfaces
  and dashboards
• Designing
  native or cross-platform mobile apps
• Creating
  design systems
  and component libraries
• Solid understanding of
  UX principles
  , interaction design, IA and usability heuristics
• Strong visual sense: typography, color theory, layout, composition and iconography
• Basic understanding of
  front-end technologies
  (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) to design with feasibility in mind
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
