Job Description - Senior UI/UX designer
Role Overview
Lead user experience design for D2C brands across websites, mobile apps, and marketplace storefronts. Focus on creating conversion-optimized experiences that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● UX Strategy & Research
○ Conduct user research and usability testing for D2C brands
○ Develop user personas and customer journey maps
○ Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
○ Create UX strategies that align with business objectives and conversion goals
● Design Leadership
○ Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
○ Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries
○ Lead design reviews and provide guidance to junior designers
○ Establish UX best practices and design standards for the agency
● Conversion Optimization
○ Design A/B testing frameworks for continuous optimization
○ Optimize checkout flows, product pages, and landing pages
○ Improve mobile user experience and responsive design
○ Focus on reducing bounce rates and increasing conversion rates
● Platform Expertise
○ Design custom Shopify themes and app integrations
○ Create marketplace storefront designs (Amazon, Flipkart)
○ Develop WordPress/Webflow templates and custom solutions
○ Ensure cross-platform consistency and brand alignment
Key Performance Indicators
● Website/app conversion rate improvements
● User experience metrics (bounce rate, session duration, pages per session)
● A/B test success rates and optimization impact
● Design system adoption and team efficiency improvements
● Client satisfaction with UX deliverables
