What You'll Be Doing

SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNERS:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, leadership in design projects, and

user-centric solutions.

  • Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  • Experience leading design initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with

cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints and business goals.

EARLY CAREER DESIGNERS OR UI/UX DESIGNERS:

  • Graduates or those with less than 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Portfolio showcasing an understanding of design principles and user interfaces.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
