Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development and product teams to create engaging, user-friendly designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design elements.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team input.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Provide support in the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and effectively prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
