Lead Dietician

Enabling better patient-care in the multi-dimensional healthcare industry, Dr. Reddy's Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE) touches all stakeholders in the healthcare delivery chain through its various initiatives. DRFHE's efforts are focused in two areas – Training, Awareness & Dietlogues. The
Dietlogues vertical
provides clinical dietary consultation to patients on recommendation of physicians.

Lead Dietician – Subject Matter Expert

Location:
Hyderabad (Onsite/Office)

Travel:
Mandatory 8 -10 days per month across India

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management and SME

• Heading the Patient Support Program and be the face of it.
• Regularly interacting with the HCPs and understanding their and their patient's satisfaction level through NPS and CSat.
• Help build the overall brand Dr. Reddy's with HCPs as service partners.
• Act as
  Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  for all diet and nutrition-related programs.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to
  acquire more doctors, patients, and therapies
  .
• Oversee
  diet-related content creation
  for awareness programs and digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with
  clinical guidelines and safety standards
  .

Team Management

• Leading and monitoring the daily activities of the Nutritionists & Associates Pan India.

ensuring quality consultations and adherence to protocols.

• Through team ensure SLAs are followed and error free execution of counseling/nutrition services is done.
• Qualitative and quantitative impact assessment of the nutritional services being rendered to the empanelled HCPs.
• Scheduling the Digital Nutrition Service through collaboration with field colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Utilize
  MS Excel and IT systems
  for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.

Hiring and Training

• Hiring & training of Nutritionist and Area Managers. Identifying the on job training needs of the Nutritionists and imparting specialized training related to soft skills and nutrition science.

Qualification and Experience:

• B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.Sc. (Nutrition) + M.Sc. in Food/Nutrition/Dietetics with at least 5-8 years' experience in the related field.
• Team handling experience is must.
• Content Writing Experience (will be an added advantage)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Mush be tech-savvy and well versed with using Mobile apps, CRM and MS office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• In depth understanding of Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Patient and detail oriented.
• Critical thinker.
• Excellent communication, team building and training skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in and outside the organization.
• Ability to undertake regular calls/virtual/physical meetings and interact with different stakeholders.
• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Some experience in publications in the form of articles, blogs or books.
• Strong knowledge of
  clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
  .
• Proficiency in
  MS Excel, data analysis, and IT systems
  .
• Ability to
  network and build relationships
  with doctors and healthcare providers.

Please note this role requires mandatory travel of 8-10 days outstation and field work in a month
for program execution, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
