We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Panacorp Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and meet targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with software solutions and technology is an added advantage.
