Role Purpose:

To connect with research scholars and students over phone calls, explain the company's services, and generate leads for business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call research scholars, PhD students, and academicians to introduce services.

  • Explain services such as proposal writing, thesis, dissertation, journal publication, and data analysis.

  • Maintain a list of leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into clients.

  • Record client details, requirements, and feedback in CRM/Excel.

  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client requirements.

  • Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

  • Ability to convince and handle client queries over phone.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

  • Confidence, patience, and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification:
