Job Title: Performance Analyst – US Logistics & Supply Chain

Shift: EST Night Shift (4:30 PM to 2:30 AM)

Salary- 15k- 20k/per month

Job Description:

LMDmax, a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in monitoring and enhancing the performance of our US drivers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for performance metrics and a strong ability to implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and analyze the performance of US drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to assess driver efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with drivers and management to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize driver performance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
