Work Experience -

-3 to 4 Yrs in technical project management (prefer work exp with middle east/ international clients)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex fintech projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution-

  2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  3. Create detailed project plans and manage execution from initiation to delivery.

  4. Team Coordination-

  5. Work closely with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Product managers to track progress and resolve blockers.

  6. Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

  7. Stakeholder Management-

  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, timelines, and risks.

  9. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  10. Risk & Issue Management-

  11. Identify risks early and work with teams to mitigate them.

  12. Escalate issues when needed and propose practical solutions.

  13. Quality & Compliance-

  14. Ensure projects meet defined quality standards and comply with security and compliance requirements.

  15. Tooling & Reporting-

  16. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence) to track progress.

  17. Generate status reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
