Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (IT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and an understanding of the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various platforms ( LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.)
  • Generate leads and convert into clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationship
  • understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver proposals and close deals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing , or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales / business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an advantage
