Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (IT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and an understanding of the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various platforms ( LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.)
- Generate leads and convert into clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationship
- understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver proposals and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing , or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales / business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an advantage
