Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the floor staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor and maintain floor operations, including customer service, sales, and product display standards.
  • Ensure effective visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, stock movement, and showroom KPIs.
  • Coordinate with store management and back-office teams for stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to check product availability, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and improve sales techniques.
  • Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and special events.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 or more years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if required.
