Area Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive
profitability
and deliver on
revenue and market share
objectives. - Develop and execute
sales plans
in the assigned territory to achieve company targets.
Customer & Channel Development:
- Build and expand the
distributor network
, vet/pet shop channels (SPT), and
breeders
to ensure long-term business sustainability. - Recruit new
SPT customers
and align them with our strategic goals. - Manage
key accounts and chain outlets
with a focus on relationship building and business development. - Collaborate with distributors to
resolve trade issues
, manage complaints, and optimize operations.
Trade Marketing & Execution:
- Align and execute
trade marketing and promotions
in sync with the overall sales and business strategy. - Drive
POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
management and improve execution efficiency. - Ensure
optimal distribution
and
in-store visibility
of products in prime shelf locations. - Plan and lead
product launches
, including pre-launch preparations and post-launch evaluations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct detailed
market research
to gain insights into
consumer behavior
, trends, and competitive landscape. - Develop and implement effective
brand strategies
for product positioning and growth. - Perform regular
field evaluations
to assess execution quality and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
Pet Food category
sales, especially with
Key Account Management
. - Strong
financial and commercial acumen
with a focus on results. - Excellent
customer relationship
and
channel management
skills. - Strong
organizational
,
interpersonal
, and
communication
abilities. - Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
or a relevant field. - Willingness to
travel extensively
, including potential
overnight stays
in assigned territories. - Flexibility for
remote work
when required.
