Digital Communication Strategist/Manager
who will be accountable for
driving growth
in our clients' digital presence. This role blends
strategy, account management, content planning, and communication excellence
to ensure that every piece of content contributes to tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute digital content strategies across
    Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google
    .
  • Research and identify social media trends, competitor moves, and audience insights to guide strategy.
  • Use
    AI tools
    to improve efficiency, research, and content ideation.
  • Define and track growth targets (followers, engagement, leads, conversions).

Account & Client Management

  • Act as the primary client point of contact for digital communication projects.
  • Interpret briefs, present strategies, and ensure alignment between client goals and content execution.
  • Build trust through regular updates, reports, and clear communication.

Team Oversight & Collaboration

  • Manage and guide the
    Campaign Manager
    (ads/performance) and
    Social Media Associate
    (content execution & engagement).
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and copywriters to deliver high-quality, platform-optimized content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, storytelling style, and quality standards.

Content & Communication

  • Write and review copies for posts, captions, campaign lines, and client communication.
  • Maintain a discerning eye for quality—ensuring visuals, copy, and strategy align.
  • Proactively suggest ideas for reels, carousels, campaigns, and engagement formats.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and translate data into
    actionable insights
    and growth strategies.
  • Work with the Campaign Manager to align paid campaigns with organic strategy.
  • Deliver
    monthly reports and recommendations
    to clients in a clear, professional manner.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in
    digital communication, content strategy, or account management
    .
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation (client-facing ability is essential).
  • Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Adept with
    AI tools, research platforms, and analytics dashboards
    .
  • Sound knowledge of
    SEO, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ecosystems
    .
  • A balance of
    strategic thinking + creative instinct + performance orientation
    .
  • Ability to write compelling copies when required.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in video-led or storytelling-first accounts.
  • Exposure to B2B and B2C clients in varied sectors.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Buffer, Creator Studio.
