About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and coordinate our multiple company websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify and the ability to handle website updates, content coordination, and follow-ups with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple company websites.
  • Manage Shopify websites – including product uploads, inventory updates, banner changes, and theme customization.
  • Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Track website performance and report issues or improvement suggestions.
  • Follow up with developers, designers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns by updating website content as required.
  • Maintain records of updates, approvals, and communications related to website activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (must).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website maintenance.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing multiple brand websites.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics, website analytics tools (like Google Analytics), and Canva or Photoshop for minor edits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
