Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management: Assist in managing brand presence across key platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
  • Product Listings: Upload and optimize product listings including descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
  • Inventory & Order Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Support the execution of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and deals across marketplaces.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report sales performance, listing metrics, and campaign outcomes to optimize results.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 yrs experience in e-commerce ops (freshers can apply)

Basic Excel & marketplace knowledge (Amazon preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
